The Ballooning

Join in a unique adventure. Climb aboard our magical balloon and drift gently
over rolling hills while you serenely watch the world pass by beneath you. Hot air balloon flights
are full of excitement, beauty, and tranquility. It is an unforgettable adventure from inflation to landing.
We may soar to an altitude of 5,000 feet to enjoy the panoramic view of the deserts and mountains of
Southern California or skim the treetops floating along with the contour of the rolling hills and valleys. It depends
on your wishes and the current weather conditions. You sail effortlessly through the sky riding the gentle breezes and
waving at earthbound spectators or just observing the scenery and wildlife beneath
you.
Morning flights begin at dawn. Afternoon flights begin two hours before sunset.
If you wish, you can join in the excitement of helping the crew inflate and launch balloon. Arrangements may be made
for non-flying guests to ride with the crew and enjoy "chasing" the balloon from the ground.
A Traditional post flight ceremony is part of the experience. Once we have landed, passengers
celebrate with a traditional champagne ceremony that balloonists all over the world have been sharing
for over a 100 years. Gourmet hors d'oeuvres, champagne, (or sparkling cider), and other refreshments are served
along with a few ballooning stories from your pilot and crew. To commemorate your special occasion, Flight Certificates
are presented to the new aeronauts.
Flights last 60-90
minutes depending on conditions. Your entire adventure will last approximately three hours,
from arrival at the launch site to the post-flight celebration. Ballooning is a weather-dependent activity. Launch
and landing decisions are made at the discretion of the pilot.
